The professional ovens produced by Forni Marano, both wood-fired and gas-fired, represent a significant added value for the establishments that choose them.

AMALFI OVEN

The wood-fired oven is built with high-quality raw materials and handmade refractory bricks.


PRODUCT FEATURES

The low vaulted dome is constructed with refractory bricks from Casapulla and features a 'Sorrento biscuit' floor.

The dome is double-insulated to withstand high temperatures (up to 500°C) and retain heat over time, releasing it slowly even after the oven is turned off.

    Thanks to its innovative construction, it has excellent heat retention in the cooking chamber, while remaining cool on the outside.


    It has a classic appearance, with a painted finish (choice of colours), and the base is made of galvanised iron (and hot-dip painted).


    The front part features a lava stone support surface (optional), resistant to high temperatures and stains. Its shape allows for more space to place pizzas as they come out, in a simple and secure way.


    It can be customised in shape and colours with writings, logos, and designs (optional).


    Professional gas burners (natural gas / LPG) can be installed on all our ovens.


    The use of a gas burner inside an oven ensures:

    • Increased hygiene
    • Ease of use
    • It does not produce soot, which could deposit on the pizza and inside the chimney.
    • It also reduces maintenance.

    They are available with three types of controllers:

    • Manual
    • Electronic
    • Touch Screen

    Our burners are of the highest quality, in line with European safety standards.
